Nestled within the semi-rural community of Miners Rest, this large home is perfect for families or groups looking to immerse themselves in the heritage and culture of Ballarat. It’s within a 10-minute drive from the city centre and Mars Stadium, while a 5-minute drive from the Ballarat Turf Club racecourse.
A large backyard makes it easy for kids to run around, while alfresco dining allows guests to make the most of the crisp country air. Downstairs, the open plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light. There is a lounge room where guests can get comfortable after a busy day and a dining table to come together for a meal at home. The generous kitchen is designed around a central island bench ensuring there’s plenty of space to prepare meals, socialise or take things slow up at the breakfast bar.
